After filling out a questionnaire together regarding your and your family's health history, your dietary and exercise habits, your sleep routine and other important factors of your everyday life, we will create together an achievable plan.
The plan we put together will contain short term and long term goals. These goals will be realistic in order to have the best long term results possible.
We will work on making the changes be part of your every day life so you can live your best and healthiest life possible .
This place is free of judgements. We all do the best we can and we all need some support in certain areas of life. It is all about progress not perfection. Please feel free to share everything you feel could be important regarding your wellbeing journey.

Initial consultation lasts approximately 2 hours, follow up appointments are 1 hour long.
